  • ASQ Assessment Increase

    RE: The Association of Ashbury Square, Inc. - 2024 Assessment Increase Notice  


    Dear Homeowner(s):   


    The Association of Ashbury Square, Inc. Board of Directors has approved the 2024 budget.  Recognizing the current challenging times, and with great consideration, the Board determined an increase in the monthly assessment rate is necessary to ensure the Association is properly funded for the upcoming year.   


    The Board has approved to increase the monthly assessment rate by twenty percent (20%) from $326 to $391, which will become effective and due on January 1st, 2024.  



    The 2024 monthly assessment will become due on January 1st, 2024, and will be considered delinquent if received after January 15th, 2024.  Your account will not be billed until January 1st when the new assessment rate becomes effective.  You may view a copy of the 2024 budget by logging into your owner portal.



    Payments may be made online through the resident portal at www.ashburysquare.com or mailed to The Association of Ashbury Square, Inc., DTA Processing Center, PO Box 98157, Las Vegas, NV 89193.  Please make your payment payable to The Association of Ashbury Square, Inc. and indicate either your account number or property address on your payment.  You do not have to wait to make a payment.  Payments may be made prior to the due date of January 1st, however; you will not see the 2024 assessment charge on your account until the assessment becomes due on January 1st.    



    Please visit our website at www.dtatexas.net and hover over the “Homeowner” link at the top of the page and select the “How Do I….” from the drop-down menu.  You can send an email directly to our Accounting Department Team at payments@webdta.com by clicking on the “ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT” link.  Please include your account number in the subject line.       


    The Board of Directors will continue to closely monitor the financial status of the Association to ensure it is properly funded without deficit in the upcoming years.
