Subject: Important Announcement Regarding DTA Community Management Office Relocation

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming and exciting transition for DTA Community Management. We will soon be relocating to a new office space designed to enhance our operational efficiency and continue providing you with the best possible service.

Please be advised that, as part of this transition, walk-in visits to our office will be temporarily suspended starting Friday, June 6th, 2025. We anticipate resuming walk-in services at our new location on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025. During this brief period, our team will remain fully accessible via phone and email to address any of your community management needs.

We are pleased to confirm that our new office will be conveniently located in the same general area. You will find us in the building situated on the left side of our current parking lot. Our new official office address will be:
