Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Applications:

• ARC Applications are required for all improvements done to the outside of your home. Some examples are wood & iron fences, roofs, painting your home, new landscaping, generators, pools, children’s play equipment, patio, shade cover, solar panels, outdoor lighting, and tree planting & removal.

• To submit an ARC application, click on ARC application or sign in to your account by clicking on the SIGN IN button in the top right-hand corner.  Once you are in your account, select the Account Info Menu drop-down and click ARC Request. Follow the instructions, complete the form, and submit all the required documentation.
