Welcome to The View at Manor Park Townhouse Association! The View at Manor Park Townhouse Association is a gated townhome community with private balconies located in the heart of Houston East downtown close to the medical center. It is quite convenient for residents to access work, entertainment, and cultural amenities. Indeed, it is convenient to live near downtown, with easy access to public transportation, major highways, and essential services. 

The View at Manor Park Townhouse Association is a non-profit corporation and was established in 2005 and is a mandatory membership association that is professionally managed by DTA Community Management Services, Inc. (DTA).

The roles of the elected Board of Directors include carrying out their fiduciary duty to the community and its members, the governing of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and deed restriction enforcement that helps maintain, strengthen, and increase your property values. It is important to become familiar with your governing documents and the significance of it in your home and community investment.

The Association collects monthly assessments for the operation of the Association, and the reserve fund which include but not limited to gate access maintenance, common area landscape and irrigation, trash collection, parking enforcement and Association insurance.  Assessments are mandatory for each townhome unit in the Association. All delinquent assessments are collectible through legal enforcement.
