River Birch Phase II Owners Association About Us

River Birch Phase II is a 100 acre planned community of exciting homes with Country French and Classic architecture.  River Birch Phase II subdivision is located off Hwy 69 in Lumberton, Texas across from Lumberton Intermediate School and South of Wal-Mart.  The inviting entry and boulevard leads through the neighborhood which features maintained landscapes of flowers and mature trees.

The community is governed by a volunteer board of directors comprised of homeowners that own property in the community.  The board meets periodically to consider administration matters including budgets and expenditures, assessments and collections and common area maintenance.
