Welcome to the Woodway Pines Condominium Association!  

Woodway Pines is a mature, non-profit condominium association formed in 2010.  It is a 108-unit, strictly enforced deed restricted community located in Harris County nestled in a mature landscaped wooded area in Houston, Texas.

Their amenities include an open, year-round gated community swimming pool for exclusive owner use and their guests, clubhouse for community gatherings, pet waste stations, and cluster mailboxes located at the front of the property.  Each unit has a detached garage where owner parking is required.  There are guest parking spaces located on the property.           

Services included in the monthly assessments are common area landscaping, association management services, curbside garbage pickup twice a week, onsite porter services, association insurance, quarterly gutter and roof cleanings (that include private patio cleanup upon request), exterior building maintenance, and pool and clubhouse maintenance, just to name a few.                  

The Woodway Pines Association Board consists of a governing body of three volunteer Directors.  Board meetings are held quarterly, and the annual meeting of the members is held in December.
