Windsor Heights Homeowner Association About Us

Windsor Heights is a neighborhood located off Wheeler Road and Palace Drive in Lumberton, Texas.  The community offers an assortment of homes with beautiful styles, varying sizes and affordable prices.  The single family homes range from 1300 square feet to over 2100 square feet and from $175,000 to $275,000 in price.  The current HOA fee is $25.00 per month.

The community is governed by a volunteer board of directors comprised of homeowners that own property in the community.  The board meets periodically to consider administration matters including budgets and expenditures, assessments and collections and common area maintenance.
